An argentine Bank wanted to modernize and improve the content of their web portal. All available documents needed to be reorganized, such as communication flows through multiple contact forms considering the services most required by customers.
Also they wanted to improve the user experience and the graphic design of the website.
The site was implemented using the DotNetNuke CMS, so the customer can manage the content of the website by themselves. We made an extensive analysis to select different specialized modules for the administration of forms, documents, press articles, slides, among others.
All security requeriments for the website (required by regulations for banks in Argentina) were also implemented. We worked together with our strategic partner BE3 (a marketing agency) and the bank's staff to define every part of the website.
Finally, we trained the bank's personel in the administration of the website, considering all the tools and modules implemented. Nowadays we continue working together giving support by implementing and modifying sections.
The bank now has a modern and customer oriented website, with better organization of all the information.
The bank´s personel now can easily update the content, so every department updates their information daily.
Also, the customers can easily find the information they need, avoiding calls or visits to the Bank.
